The Challenge
Our web team was having a hard time communicating what our process for building websites was and why it took some time to create these new websites. (It wasn't really long, people just like to rush things lol)
The Solution
So my solution was to create an interactive Figma file where they could run through our process, while also showcasing our team, a few examples of websites we've made and a case study to further showcase what we are capable of.
Process
I created a low fidelity and high fidelity version of the file that we could just link to people as you would a website. They could look through the guide and learn how our process works and eventually what we will need from them when we get to their website.
Animations
I also included a few animations and interactions using figmas prototyping tool. I brought in 3STEP's branding as well since we sit under their umbrella.
My Impact
This project has really helped the web team better explain our process and honestly saves a lot of time during our stakeholder meetings since many of their questions are already answered in the guide. We have found that people really like the example sites listed because they are able to see what they like and dislike and point out things they would like to include.
